A significant milestone has now been reached with the BP Pensioner Group’s (BPPG) submission of a detailed complaint to the Pensions Ombudsman (PO) concerning both BP and the BP Pension Fund Trustees.

Because of the PO’s strict confidentiality rules — and because some of the information used in the complaint was provided by the Trustee under Non-Disclosure Agreements — the complainants are not permitted to share the contents of the complaint itself. However, any Determination issued by the Pensions Ombudsman is not confidential and, in the normal course of events, would be published on the PO’s website.
